【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesessentialrequirements,rangesofapproval,testconditions,acceptancerequirementsandcertificationfortheapprovaltestingofwelderperformancefortheweldingofnickel.Thisstandardappliestotheapprovaltestingofweldersforthefusionweldingofnickel.Thisstandardisintendedtoprovidethebasisforthemutualrecognitionbyexaminingbodiesforapprovalrelatingtowelders'competenceinthevariousfieldsofapplication.Testswillbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisstandardunlessmoreseveretestsarespecifiedbytherelevantapplicationstandardwhentheseareapplied.Duringtheapprovaltesttheweldershouldberequiredtoshowadequatepracticalexperienceandjobknowledge(testnonmandatory)oftheweldingprocesses,materialsandsafetyrequirementsforwhichheistobeapproved;informationontheseaspectsisgiveninAnnexA.Thisstandardisapplicablewhenthewelder'sapprovaltestingisrequiredbythepurchaser,byinspectionauthoritiesorbyotherorganizations.Theweldingprocessesreferredtointhisstandardincludethosefusionweldingprocesseswhicharedesignatedasmanualorpartlymechanizedwelding.Itdoesnotcoverfullymechanizedandautomaticprocesses(see5.2).Thisstandardcoversapprovaltestingofweldersforworkonsemi-finishedandfinishedproductsmadefromwrought,forgedorcastmaterialtypeslistedin5.4.Thecertificateofapprovaltestingisissuedunderthesoleresponsibilityoftheexaminerorexaminingbody.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61131specifiescommunicationaspectsofaprogrammablecontroller.ItspecifiesfromtheviewpointofaPChowanydevicecancommunicatewithaPCasaserverandhowaPCcancommunicatewithanydevice.Inparticular,itspecifiesthebehaviorofthePCasitprovidesservicesonbehalfofotherdevicesandtheservicesthePCapplicationprogramcanrequestfromotherdevices.ItisnotintendedtospecifyhowanydevicecancommunicatewithanydeviceusingaPCasarouterorgateway.ThebehaviorofthePCasacommunicationclientandserverisspecifiedindependentoftheparticularcommunicationsubsystem,butthecommunicationfunctionalitymaybedependentonthecapabilitiesofthecommunicationsubsystemused.Thescopeofthispartisasubsetofthe"communicationmodel"showninfigure2ofIEC61131-3;namelyfigures2cand2dareincludedinthescopeofthispart.Additionally,themeansdefinedinthispartofIEC61131maybeusedforcommunicationswithinaprogramorbetweenprograms.ThemappingofthePCbehaviortosomeparticularcommunicationssubsystemsisprovidedintheannexes.
