【摘要】:Thistestmethodwasdesignedtobeusedtovalidatethelong-termresistancetopulloutofjointsdesignedforuseinplasticnaturalgaspipingsystems.Thistestmethodisusedinadditiontotheshort-termtestsrequiredbyOPSPart192.283b,Title49.Informalversionsofthistestmethodareusedbymanufacturersandutilitiestodemonstratethatajointisresistanttotheeffectsoflong-termcreepandmeetstherequirementsforclassificationasaCategory1oraCategory3jointinaccordancewithSpecificationD2513.Thistestmethodmayalsobeapplicableforthedeterminationoftheeffectsofasustainedaxialloadonjointsorothercomponentsofplasticpipingsystemsdesignedforotherapplications.Testparametersandtheinternalpressurizingfluid,ifany,shouldbelistedinthereferencingdocument.Documentsthatreferencethistestmethodforproductsotherthanjointsshallspecifytestconditionsandperformancerequirements.Ingeneral,suchproductspassthistestiftheymaintaintheirstructuralintegrity,donotleak,andperformtospecificationduringandafterthetest.1.1Theconstanttensileloadjointtest(CTLJT)isdesignedtodemonstratethatajointinaplasticpipingsystemisresistanttotheeffectsoflong-termcreep.1.1.1Thejointissubjectedtoaninternalpressureatleastequaltoitsoperatingpressureandasustainedaxialtensileloadforaspecifiedtimeperiod,usually1000h.Thejointshallnotleak,normaythepipecompletelypulloutforthetestduration.Thetotalaxialstressissetbythereferencingdocument.1.1.2SometypicalconditionsfortestingofjointsonpolyethylenepipearedescribedinAppendixX1.1.2Thistestisusuallyperformedat73x00B0;F(22.8x00B0;C).1.3TheCTLJTwasdevelopedtodemonstratethelong-termresistancetopulloutofmechanicaljointsonpolyethylenegaspipe.TheCTLJThasalsobeensuccessfullyappliedtotheevaluationofothercomponentsofplasticpipingsystems.TheseapplicationsarediscussedinAppendixX1.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61158providescommonelementsforbasictime-criticalandnon-time-criticalmessagingcommunicationsbetweenapplicationprogramsinanautomationenvironmentandmaterialspecifictoType20fieldbus.Theterm“time-critical”isusedtorepresentthepresenceofatime-window,withinwhichoneormorespecifiedactionsarerequiredtobecompletedwithsomedefinedlevelofcertainty.Failuretocompletespecifiedactionswithinthetimewindowrisksfailureoftheapplicationsrequestingtheactions,withattendantrisktoequipment,plantandpossiblyhumanlife.ThisstandarddefinesinanabstractwaytheexternallyvisibleserviceprovidedbythedifferentTypesofthefieldbusApplicationLayerintermsofa)anabstractmodelfordefiningapplicationresources(objects)capableofbeingmanipulatedbyusersviatheuseoftheFALservice,b)theprimitiveactionsandeventsoftheservice;c)theparametersassociatedwitheachprimitiveactionandevent,andtheformwhichtheytake;andd)theinterrelationshipbetweentheseactionsandevents,andtheirvalidsequences.Thepurposeofthisstandardistodefinetheservicesprovidedto1)theFALuserattheboundarybetweentheuserandtheApplicationLayeroftheFieldbusReferenceModel,and2)SystemsManagementattheboundarybetweentheApplicationLayerandSystemsManagementoftheFieldbusReferenceModel.ThisstandardspecifiesthestructureandservicesoftheIECfieldbusApplicationLayer,inconformancewiththeOSIBasicReferenceModel(ISO/IEC7498)andtheOSIApplicationLayerStructure(ISO/IEC9545).Theprincipalobjectiveofthisstandardistospecifythecharacteristicsofconceptualapplicationlayerservicessuitablefortime-criticalcommunications,andthussupplementtheOSIBasicReferenceModelinguidingthedevelopmentofapplicationlayerprotocolsfortime-criticalcommunications.Asecondaryobjectiveistoprovidemigrationpathsfrompreviously-existingindustrialcommunicationsprotocols.ItisthislatterobjectivewhichgivesrisetothediversityofservicesstandardizedasthevarioustypesofIEC61158.ThisspecificationmaybeusedasthebasisforformalApplicationProgramming-Interfaces.Nevertheless,itisnotaformalprogramminginterface,andanysuchinterfacewillneedtoaddressimplementationissuesnotcoveredbythisspecification,includinga)thesizesandoctetorderingofvariousmulti-octetserviceparameters,andb)thecorrelationofpairedrequestandconfirm,orindicationandresponse,primitives.
