【摘要】:ISO16091:2002describesthesetofmanagementrequirementsneededtoidentifyandprovidelogisticsupport,sothecustomercanoperateandmaintainaproductinitsoperationalenvironmentfortheexpectedlifetime.Theserequirementsalsoaim,throughouttheproductlifecycle,atimplementingeverythingpertinenttothecontroloftherisksconsideredascriticalregardingtheoperationalobjectives.Themanagementrequirementsareapplicabletothoseactivitiesnecessarytodesign,develop,deliver,deployandmanageanorganizedandstructuredsetofmaterialsandsoftware,services,processesandinformationdedicatedtosupportthesystemthroughoutitslifecycle.ISO16091:2002specifiesmanagement,studies,productionactivities,informationmanagementprocessesandtaskstomeetthecustomer'sneedforlogisticsupport.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprogrammeorprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinISO16091:2002shouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaprogrammeorproject.

【摘要】:Thesignificanceofmeasuringalgalgrowthpotentialinwatersamplesisthatdifferentiationcanbemadebetweenthenutrientsofasampledeterminedbychemicalanalysisandthenutrientsthatareactuallyavailableforalgalgrowth.Theadditionofnutrients(usuallynitrogenandphosphorussinglyorincombination)tothesamplecangiveanindicationofwhichnutrient(s)is(are)limitingforalgalgrowth(1,10,11,12,13,14).1.1ThispracticemeasuresbyPseudokirchnereillasubcapitatagrowthresponse,thebiologicalavailabilityofnutrients,ascontrastedwithchemicalanalysisofthecomponentsofthesample.Thispracticeisusefulforassessingtheimpactofnutrients,andchangesintheirloading,uponfreshwateralgalproductivity.Otherlaboratoryorindigenousalgaecanbeusedwiththispractice.However,Pseudokirchnereillasubcapitatamustbeculturedasareferencealgaalongwiththealternativealgalspecies.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificprecautionarystatement,seeSection.
