【摘要】:ISO18279:2003detailsaclassificationofimperfectionsthatcanoccurinbrazingjoints.Inadditionguidanceisprovidedonqualitylevelsandsuggestedlimitsforimperfectionsaredetailed.Forrequirementsnotcoveredbythisstandard,referenceistobemadetoothersources,e.g.statutoryregulations,codesofpracticeandtechnicaldeliveryconditions.Noinformationisgivenonhowimperfectionsaretobeassessedinindividualcasesbecausethisdependsontherequirementsfortheparticularbrazedjoint.Theseimperfectionsarenotalwaysdetectablebytheuseofnon-destructivetestingalone.Thestandardcoversonlyimperfectionsthatcanoccurinconnectionwithbrazingwithouttheeffectofanyadditionalserviceloads.Onlythetype,shapeandpositionofsuchimperfectionsarecovered;noindicationisgivenoftheconditionsofoccurrenceorcauses.Forrequirementsforbrazedjointswhicharerelevantandessentialtotheparticularfunctionofthecomponent,referenceshouldbemadetotherelevantdocumentation,e.g.manufacturingdocumentsorproceduresheets.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotlaydownrequirementsforacceptancelevelsforimperfectionssincethesewilldifferverymarkedly,dependingontheapplication,butitdoessuggestsomequalitylevelswhichmaybeofvalueintheabsenceofmoredetailedinformation.

【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversaprocedureforclassifyingmineralandorganomineralsoilsintosevengroupsbasedonlaboratorydeterminationofparticle-sizedistribution,liquidlimit,andplasticityindex.Itmaybeusedwhenapreciseengineeringclassificationisrequired,especiallyforhighwayconstructionpurposes.Evaluationofsoilswithineachgroupismadebymeansofagroupindex,whichisavaluecalculatedfromanempiricalformula.Note18212;Thegroupclassification,includingthegroupindex,shouldbeusefulindeterminingtherelativequalityofthesoilmaterialforuseinearthworkstructures,particularlyembankments,subgrades,subbases,andbases.However,forthedetaileddesignofimportantstructures,additionaldataconcerningstrengthorperformancecharacteristicsofthesoilunderfieldconditionswillusuallyberequired.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3Thispracticeoffersasetofinstructionsforperformingoneormorespecificoperations.Thispracticecannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthispracticemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.Thispracticeisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacethestandardofcarebywhichtheadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthispracticebeappliedwithoutconsiderationofaproject'smanyuniqueaspects.Theword"Standard"inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.
