【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61281isagenericspecificationforfibreopticcommunicationsubsystems(FOCSs),andisstructuredaccordingtotheIECQualityAssessmentSystem(IECQ).Subsystemsareclassifiedinfamilieshavingacommonsectionalspecification.Eachsectionalspecificationissupplementedbyblankdetailspecifications,anddetailspecificationsappropriatetothespecificindividualtypeortypesofsubsystems.Theparametersdefinedhereinformaspecifiableminimumsetofspecificationsthatarecommontoallfibreopticsubsystems.Additionalparametersmaybeneededdependingontheparticularapplicationandtechnology.Thoseadditionalparameterswillbespecifiedintherelevantsectionalspecificationand/ordetailspecification,asappropriate.Eachspecifiedparametermaybemeasuredusingoneofthetestprocedures.Theuseoftheseparametersforsystemdesignisgivenindesignguides.

【摘要】:Theenterococciareindicatorsofthebacteriologicalqualityforpotablewater,shellfishgrowingwaters,ambient,andrecreationalwaters.Adirectrelationshipbetweenswimming,associatedgastroenteritis,andenterococcihasbeenestablishedthroughepidemiologicalstudiesandmarineandfreshwaterbathingbeaches.Thesestudieshaveledtothedevelopmentofcriteriathatcanbeusedtoestablishbathingwaterstandardsbasedonestablishedhealth-waterqualityrelationships.Sincesmallorlargevolumesofwaterordilutionsthereof,canbeanalyzedbythemembranefiltertechnique,awiderangeoflevelsofenterococciinwatercanbeenumeratedanddetected.1.1Thistestmethodcoversamembranefilter(MF)procedureforthedetectionandenumerationoftheenterococcibacteriainwater.Theenterococci,whichincludeEntero-coccusfaecalis(E.faecalis),E.faecium,andtheirvarietiesarecommonlyfoundinthefecesofhumansandotherwarm-bloodedanimals.Althoughsomestrainsareubiquitousandnotrelatedtofecalpollution,enterococciinwaterareanindicationoffecalpollutionandthepossiblepresenceofentericpathogens.Thesebacteriaarefoundinwaterandwastewaterinawiderangeofdensities.Thedetectionlimitisonecolonyformingunit(CFU)/volumefiltered.1.2Thistestmethodhasbeenusedsuccessfullywithtemperatefreshandmarineambientwaters,andwastewaters.Itistheuser''sresponsibilitytoensurethevalidityofthistestmethodforwatersofuntestedtypes.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection.
