【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC14598providesrequirementsandrecommendationsforthepracticalimplementationofsoftwareproductevaluationwhentheevaluationisconductedinparallelwiththedevelopmentandcarriedoutbythedeveloper.Inparticular,itmaybeusedtoapplytheconceptsdescribedinISO/IEC9126-1,2,3andISO/IEC14598-1,2,6.TheprocessdescribedinthispartofISO/IEC14598definestheactivitiesneededtoanalyseevaluationrequirements,tospecify,design,andperformevaluationactionsandtoconcludetheevaluationofanykindofsoftwareproduct.Theevaluationprocessisdesignedtobeusedconcurrentlywiththedevelopment.Theevaluationprocessneedstobesynchronisedwiththesoftwaredevelopmentprocessandtheentitiesbeevaluatedastheyaredelivered.ThispartofISO/IEC14598maybeusedby·aprojectmanagertoclarifyqualityrequirements,tomonitorandcontrolthequalityofthesoftwareduringdevelopmentandtomakedecisionstoassurethattherequiredqualityisbuiltin,·asoftwaredesignertoidentifyspecificfeaturesthatshouldbebuiltintothesoftwareorchangedinordertomeetthequalityrequirements,·aqualityassurance/control/auditresponsibletoevaluatewhetherthequalityrequirementsaremet,·amaintainertomakedecisionsfortheimplementationofchangesandredesign/reengineering,·asoftwareacquireraspartofanagreementwithadeveloperwhenacquiringsoftware(e.g.inthecaseofoutsourcingsoftwaredevelopment)whenanindependentevaluationisnotrequired.Acquirersmaybepersonnelinapurchasingrole,developersoutsourcingapartofthesoftwareproduct,orend-users.Theroleoftheacquirerdependsontheagreementbetweentheacquirerandthedeveloper.ISO/IEC14598-4describesevaluationfromtheacquirerspointofview.ThispartofISO/IEC14598isintendedforapplicationattheprojectlevel.Inordertoobtainfullbenefitfromthisstandardtheorganizationshouldbeinvolved.ThisaspectiscoveredinISO/IEC14598-2.ThispartofISO/IEC14598doesnotprescribespecificindicatorsormetricsnordoesitprescribeanyparticulardevelopmentmethod.

【摘要】:Tensilepropertiesdeterminedbythistestmethodareofvalueforidentifyingandcharacterizingmaterialsforcontrolandspecificationpurposesaswellasforprovidingdataforresearchanddevelopmentstudies.Thistestmethodisintendedforuseintestingresin-compatiblesizedglassfibermaterialsthathavebeendesignedspecificallyforusewithcertaingenerictypesofplastics.Theuseofaresinimpregnantthatiscompatiblewiththereinforcementmaterialundertestproducesresultsthataremostrepresentativeoftheactualstrengththatisavailableinthematerialwhenusedasintendedinanenditem.Prematurereinforcementfailuremayoccuriftheelongationoftheresinsystemislessthanthatofthereinforcementbeingtested.Thisrequirementmayrestricttheuseofcertainresinsystemsinthisprocedure.Misleadingresultsmaybeobtainedwhenglassfibermaterialsaretestedwithoutcompleteresinimpregnationofthefiberorwhenanon-compatibleresinisusedforimpregnation.Thistestmethodisusefulfortestingpretreatedspecimensforwhichcomparativeresultsaredesired.Valuesobtainedbythistestmethodmaybeaffectedbygagelength,grippingsystem,testingspeed,andtheresinimpregnationratioofthespecimen.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecomparativetensilepropertiesofglassfiberstrands,yarns,androvingsintheformofimpregnatedrodtestspecimenswhentestedunderdefinedconditionsofpretreatment,temperature,humidity,andtensiontestingmachinespeed.Thistestmethodisapplicabletocontinuousfilament,glassfibermaterialsthathavebeencoatedwitharesincompatiblesizing.ThismethodisintendedforuseinqualitycontrolandRx0026;D,andshouldnotbeusedtodevelopcompositesdesigndata.Note18212;ThismethodistechnicallyequivalenttotheshortmethoddescribedinISO9163.Note28212;Primeconsiderationshouldbegiventotheuseofapolymericbinderthatproducesspecimensthatyieldthehighestconsistentvaluesfortheglassfibermaterialundertest.Tensilepropertiesmayvarywithspecimenpreparation,resinimpregnationsystem,andspeedandenvironmentoftesting.Consequently,whereprecisecomparativeresultsaredesired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolled.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note38212;Primeconsiderationshouldbegiventotheuseofapolymericbinderthatproducesspecimensthatyieldthehighestconsistentvaluesfortheglassfibermaterialundertest.Tensilepropertiesmayvarywithspecimenpreparation,resinimpregnationsystem,andspeedandenvironmentoftesting.Consequently,whereprecisecomparativeresultsaredesired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolled.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
