【摘要】:ThispartofISO14253establishestherulesfordeterminingwhenthecharacteristicsofaspecificworkpieceormeasuringequipmentareinconformanceornon-conformancewithagiventolerance(foraworkpiece)orlimitsofmaximumpermissibleerrors(forameasuringequipment),takingintoaccounttheuncertaintyofmeasurement.Italsogivesrulesonhowtodealwithcaseswhereacleardecision(conformanceornon-conformancewithspecification)cannotbetaken,i.e.whenthemeasurementresultfallswithintheuncertaintyrange(see3.23)thatexistsaroundthespecificationlimits.ThispartofISO14253appliestospecificationsdefinedingeneralGPSstandards(seeISO/TR14638),i.e.standardspreparedbyISO/TC213,including—workpiecespecifications(usuallygivenastolerancelimits),and—measuringequipmentspecifications(usuallygivenasmaximumpermissibleerrors).ItmayalsoapplytospecificationsotherthanthosedefinedinconnectionwithgeneralGPSstandards.ThispartofISO14253doesnotapplytoinspectionusinglimitgauges.InspectionwithlimitgaugesiscoveredbyISO/R1938.
